WORKOUT DETAILS

  • 2 miles warmup, then 2-5 miles progressive

  • Go over the pedestrian bridge to South Lamar. Turn right on Toomey and back to Barton Springs Road. Right down to Azie Morton. Right on Azie Morton to Barton Hills. Right on Barton Hills all the way out and back down to Azie Morton and home.

  • For shorter distances, use your watch to turn around at your half way point.
