Fees and Cancellation Policy
Membership Fees
Membership fees and billing cycle begin the day you register, NOT necessarily the first of the month.
Recurring memberships automatically renew from registration date (monthly, six-months or yearly) and will be charged to the member's credit card on file.
If your plan is non-recurring (one-time payment) and has expired and you wish to continue training, you must register for a new membership plan.
Gilbert's Gazelles may terminate the membership and these terms if it is unable to renew the membership based on inaccurate or outdated credit card information.
Access to Gilbert's Gazelles MEMBERS portal and protected content pages granted under these terms is effective only upon current payment of the membership fees.
Gilbert's Gazelles will provide at least thirty (30) calendar days notice before an increase in membership fees for a subsequent subscription.
Canceling Account
Monthly, Six-Months or Yearly Plans: To avoid being charged for the next period, you must go into your online account and cancel your membership prior to your membership renewal date. Click on the ACCOUNT button on gilbertsgazelles.com and click on View Plan Details. Please include your reasons for canceling. This includes all personal reasons including injury.
Half/Full Marathon Package: Online membership access will automatically end on your race date. You may cancel this membership prior to its end date, but fees cannot be refunded or credited and you will no longer have access to the MEMBERS portal of the website.
All memberships may be reinstated at any time by logging back into your ACCOUNT and registering for a new membership plan, whether recurring memberships or packages.
Refunds
Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy applies regardless of whether you become injured, have an unexpected business/family emergency, pregnancy, travel issues, etc.
Gilbert’s Gazelles does not refund for missed workouts. If you are unable to use your membership, please cancel in order to avoid recurring charges.
We try to be understanding and will make exceptions in extreme cases of injury or personal hardship within ten days of your most recent payment. To be considered for a refund, you must cancel your membership from your online account AND send a written request to Gilbert's Gazelles. Refunds/credits will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
