HILLS: 3-7 x Wilke (300m) + Tempo

Start with a 15-20 minute warm up jog

Run up Wilke 3-7 times (or a similar hill in your neighborhood)

3 backwards, 3 sprints

Finish with tempo run back to HQ (@ 2 miles)
