POINT-TO-POINT ROUTES CANCELED!
Due to canceled races and the local spread of COVID-19, all routes are starting from HQ at 5:45am and will be a max of 14 miles. If you want longer routes, please add on as necessary.

ABOUT WATER STOPS
We will put water out for tomorrow’s routes, but for your safety, we highly recommend bringing your own.
Our water stops are coordinated to support the routes and start times listed. If you modify the routes or start times, please take water to cover yourselves in case the water is unavailable.
OUT AND BACK ROUTES
3 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Turn around at San Jac, and return 11th St to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

May 3, 2020 (Toronto): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
May 17, 2020 (Cleveland): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
May 24, 2020 (Mountains to Beach/Vermont): 14-18 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 18 mile max.
June 14, 2020 (Tunnel Marathon): 10-12 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
June 20, 2020 (Grandma’s): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 14 mile max.
BEGINNER GAZELLES, HALF MARATHONERS, and EVERYBODY ELSE:
Beginner Gazelles! This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.
Mar 15th 2020 (NYC Half): Sorry that your race was canceled. Why not run a race effort on our course Saturday? Your GPS will tell you when you hit 13.11 miles.
April 5th, 2020 (Cap 10K): 7-10 miles, last 3 miles 10K pace. Start relaxed, and finish last 3 hard pace.
April 19th, 2020 (Vienna): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.
April 25-26th 2020 (Nashville/Eugene/Silo Dist Half): 10-12 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 12 mile max.
May 3rd, 2020 (Toronto/Flying Pig Half): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.
May 16th (Brooklyn Half): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.
