It’s point to point for 14-20 milers, so carpooling will be necessary to get up to the following starts:
18-20 miles: Go to Big Lots parking lot at 183 and Spicewood Springs.
14-16 miles: Go to Randall’s parking lot at Jollyville @ Braker.

THE ROUTES
3-12 miles: OUT AND BACK
3 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to Congress. Left on Congress up to 11th. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Turn around at 11th @ San Jacinto, and return back to Congress, left on Congress down to 3rd, to Trader Joe's, and back to HQ.
4 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to Congress. Left on Congress up to 11th. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto to MLK. Turn around at MLK, and return up San Jacinto alongside the capitol grounds. Up up up to 11th Street, then right on 11th over to Congress, left on Congress down to 3rd, to Trader Joe's, and back to HQ.
5 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to Congress. Left on Congress up to 11th. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto to and through UT campus to 23rd St, which is the north end of the football palace. Turn around there, and return back through UT campus, veering right at bottom of campus to remain on San Jacinto alongside the capitol grounds. Up up up to 11th Street, then right on 11th over to Congress, left on Congress down to 3rd, to Trader Joe's, and back to HQ.
7 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to Congress. Left on Congress up to 11th. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto to and through UT campus to Dean Keaton. San Jacinto to Duval. Veer right onto Duval up to 38th St. Turn around at 38th, and retrace your steps home. Duval back down to San Jacinto, through UT, to San Jacinto past the Capitol up to 11th. Right on 11th over to Congress. Left on Congress down to 3rd Street, right on 3rd St. and to Trader Joe's and back to HQ.
8 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to Congress. Left on Congress up to 11th. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto to and through UT campus to Dean Keaton. San Jacinto to Duval. Veer right onto Duval up to 43rd St. Turn around at 43rd, and retrace your steps home. Duval back down to San Jacinto, through UT, to San Jacinto past the Capitol up to 11th. Right on 11th over to Congress. Left on Congress down to 3rd Street, right on 3rd St. and to Trader Joe's and back to HQ.

Veer right onto Duval up to 53rd St. Left on 53rd, to name change to North Loop, cross Guadalupe and Lamar, to Grover. Turn around at Grover, and retrace your steps home. North Loop to 53rd to Duval. Right on Duval back down to San Jacinto, through UT, to San Jacinto past the Capitol up to 11th. Right on 11th over to Congress. Left on Congress down to 3rd Street, right on 3rd St. and to Trader Joe's and back to HQ.

RIGHT on Stonelake down to Capital of Texas Highway. Right on Cap Texas Hwy, carefully crossing over Mopac on the walkway to access road, left over to church, right up to Jollyville again. Left on Jollyville to Mesa. Right on Mesa down to Far West. Left on Far West down to Balcones (Mopac access road). Right on Balcones. Balcones down, across 2222/Northland, to Hancock. Left on Hancock, and then veer left at Fonda San Miguel onto Hancock/North Loop. North Loop across town, crossing Lamar and Guadalupe, name change to 53rd Street. 53rd up to Duval. Home Slice Pizza at that corner, I think. Right on Duval. Duval down down to merge with San Jacinto. San Jacinto to and through UT campus. Veer right at talking oil derrick and stay on San Jacinto up to 11th St. Right on 11th to Congress. Left on Congress down to 3rd Street, right on 3rd St. and to Trader Joe's and back to HQ. NOTE: The route measures 14.6 miles, so if you want to throttle back and jog in from the walkway/bridge on 3rd Street, feel free.

Curl around to Southside trail and take trail back to Pfluger footbridge and across to Electric Blvd. Add a victory lap of the dog park in front of the condo/apartment buildings to get up to 15.7 miles.

THE MARATHONS
March 1 (Cowtown, Napa): Taper madness final week. 8-12 miles, last 4 @ MGP. Start relaxed, and then for last 4 miles, lock into actual Marathon Goal Pace. Check with Coach or the pace computer on the website to determine MGP.
April 20 (Boston): 18-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 20 mile max.
April 25-26 (Eugene/London/Big Sur/Nashville): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
May 3 (Toronto): 14-18 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 18 mile max.
May 17 (Cleveland): 12-16 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 16 mile max.
May 24 (Mountains to Beach/Vermont): 10-12 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
June 14 (Tunnel Marathon): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 14 mile max.
June 20, 2020 (Grandma’s): 9-12 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 12 mile max.

Beginner Gazelles! This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.
