3 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Turn around at San Jac, and return 11th St to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

4 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto down to MLK. Turn around at MLK, and return San Jac up up to 11th. Right on 11th to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

5 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto down to and across MLK into UT campus. San Jacinto to and through UT Campus to 23rd Street, the street at the north end of the football palace looming to your right. Turn around there, and return San Jacinto through UT Campus, veering right at talking oil derrick. San Jac up up to 11th. Right on 11th to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

North Loop across Lamar to Guadalupe. Right on Guadalupe to 51st. Left on 51st up to Duval. Right on Duval down to San Jacinto. POINT TO POINT 16-20 MILERS

16 Miles P2P (Optional): If you want to cruise with your 18-20 mile pals, you can park at the Randall’s at Jollyville and Braker, and join your pals once they reach that water stop. Follow the 18 mile route from that point.

18 Miles: Your map is here. Start up at Big Lots parking lot at Spicewood Springs @ 183. Jollyville down to Great Hills Trail. Left on Great Hills over to Stonelake. RIGHT on Stonelake down to Capital of Texas Highway. Right on Cap Texas Hwy, carefully crossing over Mopac on the walkway to access road, left over to church, right up to Jollyville again. Left on Jollyville to Mesa. Right on Mesa down to Far West. Left on Far West down to Balcones (Mopac access road). Right on Balcones. Balcones down, across 2222/Northland, to Hancock. Left on Hancock, and then veer left onto North Loop. Take North Loop across town, across Lamar, to Guadalupe. Right on Guadalupe down to 51st. Left on 51st up to Duval. Right on Duval down to San Jacinto. San Jacinto through UT Campus, veering right at talking oil derrick. San Jac up up to 11th. Right on 11th to Congress. Congress down and across Congress bridge to southside trail. Head back towards Auditorium Shores and back to HQ.

Head back towards Auditorium Shores and back to HQ.

22 Miles: Follow the 20 Mile route and either add an additional mile out on Shoal Creek before turning around or add a 2 mile out and back on the trail at the end.

  • Sept 10 (Tunnel Marathon): 20-22 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 20 mile max.

  • Sept 17 (Sydney): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.

  • Sept 25 (Berlin): 18-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 20 mile max.

  • Oct 1 (Twin Cities): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
