Youth, 5:30 PM: Meet at AHS for 2 - 3 x 1000m plus 5 x 200m

Seawheeze Half: Fartlek

Buenos Aires: 5 Mile Fartlek

Portland, Maine / Wineglass: Yasso 800's

St. George / Chicago: Continuous 1000s
