Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

Youth, 8:00 AM: Circuit workout at Zilker, near the soccer field

High School Gazelles, 8:00 AM: Recovery run, meet at Zilker near the soccer field

San Francisco: 10-12 Mile Super Fartlek

Tunnel Vision: 10 miles at MGP

Portland, Maine / Wineglass: 4-6 miles at MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
