Far West, 5:30 AM: Meet at Ready to Run

7:30 AM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Austin High

9:15 AM: Meet at Austin High

Youth, 5:30 PM: Circuit training at Austin High

Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

Boston: Super Fartlek. Meet at Great Northern by the ball fields, 5:30 AM.  2 mile warmup, 20 min at MGP, 2 min recovery, 10 min at HMGP, 2 min recovery, 3 x 5 min at 10k pace with 1 min recovery between, 10 x 1 min hard / 1 easy, cooldown.

London: 8 Miles Easy

Eugene: 45-60 min Recovery

Eugene Half: 45-60 min Recovery

Colorado: 10 miles at MGP

Grandma's: 4-6 miles at MGP

Cap10K: Jog to Zilker for 3-6 x 1km at 10K pace

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
