7 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Lightsey. Right on Lightsey over to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Pfluger footbridge, and back to HQ.
8 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Krebs Lane, just a short block from the Hwy 71 access road. Right on Krebs, around sweeping left hand turn, and then right onto Hwy 71 access road. Access road (sidewalk, please!!) up to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Pfluger footbridge, and back to HQ.
10.5 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Krebs Lane, just a short block from the Hwy 71 access road. Right on Krebs, around sweeping left hand turn, and then right onto Hwy 71 access road. Access road (sidewalk, please!!) up to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Mopac, where you will cross to northside trail, and straight back to HQ. For 10 miles on the nose, feel free to ease your running to a cooldown jog around the baseball field at Austin High School.
12 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Krebs Lane, just a short block from the Hwy 71 access road. Right on Krebs, around sweeping left hand turn, and then right onto Hwy 71 access road. Access road (sidewalk, please!!) up to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Mopac, to Veterans, and LA Blvd. LA Blvd out Exposition. Turn around at Exposition, and return LA Blvd back to Mopac. You will stay on northside trail, and straight back to HQ.
14.3 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Krebs Lane, just a short block from the Hwy 71 access road. Right on Krebs, around sweeping left hand turn, and then right onto Hwy 71 access road. Access road (sidewalk, please!!) up to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Mopac, to Veterans, and LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Right on Expo up to Enfield. Right on Enfield under Mopac, continuing on the rolling hills to Guadalupe. RIGHT on Guadalupe down to 11th St. Left on 11th to Congress. Right down Congress to 3rd St. Right on 3rd back past Trader Joe's, and left down to street, which leads you back to HQ. For 14 exactly, shut down the serious running at the bridge on 3rd St., and jog/walk back the last half mile from there.
16 Miles: Your map is here. ***MAP CHANGED 10:00PM THURSDAY NIGHT*** GZLs HQ over towards Trader Joe's, and up to 3rd Street. 3rd over to Congress. South (right) on Congress. Cross LB Lake on Congress bridge, and continue S. Congress down to Krebs Lane, just a short block from the Hwy 71 access road. Right on Krebs, around sweeping left hand turn, and then right onto Hwy 71 access road. Access road (sidewalk, please!!) up to S. First. Right on S. First all the way to Auditorium Shores and southside trail. SS trail to Mopac, to Veterans, and LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield. Right on Enfield and take Enfield under Mopac, continuing on the rolling hills to Guadalupe. Right on Guadalupe down to 11th. Left on 11th to Congress. Right down Congress, and cross over Lady Bird Lake on Congress bridge and curl back onto southside trail. Return to HQ via southside trail and the Pfluger footbridge.

Cut left on footpath near the footbridge, up to Toomey, which is behind those condos and apartments on Barton Springs Road. Toomey to path between baseball fields to southside trail, to Pfluger footbridge, and up and over to GZLs HQ. Your map is 17.6, so you know what to do for the full Monte.

Feb 25th (Cowtown, Mesa, Tokyo): Taper madness Week 2. 12-16 miles, with last 6 @ MGP. Start nice and relaxed, and then cruise last 6 miles at honest Marathon Goal Pace. Check with Coach if you're not sure how fast to go. Start time 6:00am.
March 4th (Napa, New Orleans): Taper madness begins. 14-18 miles, with last 8 @ MGP. Start nice and relaxed, and then cruise last 8 miles at honest Marathon Goal Pace. Check with Coach if you're not sure how fast to go. Start time 6:00am.
March 18th (Big D, LA): 10-14 mile recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week. Start time 6:00am.
