High school spring track Prep
Ages 14-18
This two-month winter program is to help kids going into high school track season build a strong foundation and gain strength for the Spring team season. Competitive middle school runners that can run at least 3 miles are also welcome.

Tu/Th at 5:30 pm Sat at 8:00 am
During school vacation, the Tu/Th workouts will move to 8:00 am
Meet at Gazelles HQ
$200 one-time payment
GROUP GUIDELINES:
Wear appropriate running shoes and clothing.
Bring your own water.
Gazelles HQ will not be open during mornings workouts.
Use the restroom before you get to the workout.
Leave all valuables at home or with your parent.
