High school spring track Prep

Ages 14-18

This two-month winter program is to help kids going into high school track season build a strong foundation and gain strength for the Spring team season. Competitive middle school runners that can run at least 3 miles are also welcome.

Dec 7 - Feb 1
Tu/Th at 5:30 pm Sat at 8:00 am

During school vacation, the Tu/Th workouts will move to 8:00 am
Meet at Gazelles HQ

$200 one-time payment


GROUP GUIDELINES:

  • Wear appropriate running shoes and clothing.

  • Bring your own water.

  • Gazelles HQ will not be open during mornings workouts.

  • Use the restroom before you get to the workout.

  • Leave all valuables at home or with your parent.
