5:30 am: Meet at Gazelles HQ to start the workout.

WORKOUT DETAILS

  • 2 Mile warm up, then 2-5 miles progressive

    • Go across 3rd to the Convention Center, then quick left and right onto 4th. Follow 4th to Robert Martinez, go right down to Canterbury. Left on Canterbury to the Dam. Cross to south side and come back on the boardwalk/trail.

    • For shorter distances, use your watch to turn around at your half way point or cross the river at I-35.
