3 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Turn around at San Jac, and return 11th St to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

4 Miles: Your map is here. Leave HQ to Seaholm, up to 3rd Street. Cross over on 3rd Street to Congress. Left up Congress to 11th Street. Right on 11th up to San Jacinto. Left on San Jacinto down to MLK. Turn around at MLK, and return San Jac up up to 11th. Right on 11th to Congress. Congress down to 3rd Street. 3rd Street back over to Seaholm and back to HQ.

  • July 24 (San Francisco Marathon): Run smart, run with joy, and then eat all the food and drink all the beer.

  • Sept 3 (Marquette Marathon): 18-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 20 mile max.

  • Sept 18 (Sydney and Tunnel Light): 16-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 20 mile max.

  • Sept 25 (Berlin and Jackson Hole): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.

  • Oct 1-2 (St. George and London): 14-18 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 18 mile max.

  • Oct 8-9 (Patagonia and Chicago): 10-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.

  • Oct 16 (Toronto): 12-16 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 16 mile max.

  • Oct 30 (MCM): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 14 mile max.

  • Nov 6 (NYC): 10-12 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
