3 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. Turn around there, and return to HQ, retracing your steps home. Veterans around AHS track, to bike path along Cesar Chavez and to GZLs HQ. NOTE: Option is to run a standard Mopac to Pfluger bridge trail loop, starting with the bike path along Cesar Chavez.
4 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Turn around there, and return to HQ, retracing your steps home. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around AHS track, to bike path along Cesar Chavez and to GZLs HQ. NOTE: Option is to run a standard Mopac to First Street bridge trail loop, starting with the bike path along Cesar Chavez.
5 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Right up Exposition to Enfield. Turn around at Enfield, and retrace your steps home. Exposition back to LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around AHS track, to bike path along Cesar Chavez and to GZLs HQ. NOTE: Option is to run a Mopac to Congress bridge trail loop after a bike path start.
6 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield (Mozart's). Turn around at Enfield, and retrace your steps home. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans around AHS track, to bike path along Cesar Chavez and to GZLs HQ.

Right on Enfield to Pecos. Turn around at Pecos. Return Enfield to Lake Austin Blvd at Mozart’s. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans and bike path back to HQ.
8 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield (Mozart's). Right on Enfield to Pecos. Left on Pecos up to Windsor. Turn around at Windsor. Return Pecos down to Enfield. Right on Enfield over to Lake Austin Blvd at Mozart’s. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans and bike path back to HQ.

Right on Enfield to Pecos. Left on Pecos all the way up to 35th. Turn around at water stop at 35th. Return Pecos down to Enfield. Right on Enfield over to Lake Austin Blvd at Mozart’s. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans and bike path back to HQ.

Right on Enfield to Pecos. Left on Pecos all the way up to 35th. Left on 35th over to Mt. Bonnell Road. Right on Mt. Bonnell Road up, up, up to parking lot and base of steps. Turn around at the base of the steps, and retrace your steps back to HQ, down Mt. Bonnell Rd. to 35th to Pecos. RIGHT on Pecos down to Enfield. Right on Enfield over to Lake Austin Blvd at Mozart’s. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans and bike path back to HQ.
14 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to bike path on north side of Cesar Chavez towards Mopac. Veterans around AHS track and up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield (Mozart's). Right on Enfield to Pecos. Left on Pecos all the way up to 35th. Left on 35th over to Mt. Bonnell Road. Right on Mt. Bonnell Road up, up, up to parking lot and base of steps. Continue on Mt. Bonnell Road to next right hand street, which is Mt. Bonnell Drive. Right on MBDrive over and across Balcones to Edgemont Drive. Left on Edgemont to Madrona, almost at the end of Edgemont. Turn around at Madrona, and return Edgemont to MB Drive back to Mt. Bonnell Road, back to foot of steps, and down Mt. Bonnell Rd. to 35th to Pecos. Pecos down all the way to Enfield. Right on Enfield to LA Blvd. LA Blvd back to Mopac, to Veterans and bike path back to HQ.

Right on Enfield to Pecos. Left on Pecos all the way up to 35th. Left on 35th over to Mt. Bonnell Road. Right on Mt. Bonnell Road up, up, up to parking lot and base of steps. Continue on Mt. Bonnell Road to next right hand street, which is Mt. Bonnell Drive. Right on MBDrive over and across Balcones to Edgemont Drive. Left on Edgemont to end of Edgemont, and turn left on Glen Ross Drive up to Balcones. Right on Balcones to Hancock. Hancock up and over Mopac to Bull Creek. Right on Bull Creek down to Jackson. July 24 (San Francisco Marathon): Taper Madness Week 3. 8-12 miles, with last 4 miles at MGP. Start nice and relaxed, and roll into legitimate goal pace for the last 4 miles.
Sept 3 (Marquette Marathon): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
Sept 18 (Sydney): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
Sept 25 (Berlin and Jackson Hole): 14-18 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 18 mile max.
Oct 1-2 (St. George and London): 10-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
Oct 8-9 (Patagonia / Chicago / Long Beach): 12-16 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 16 mile max.
Oct 16 (Toronto): 10-12 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week.
