5 Miles (Two Options): Your map is here. This is a clockwise Congress bridge to Mopac trail loop. Alternatively, if you want to start with the rest of the folks, then here is an optional route (be sure and check with your pace pals about which route to choose). Alternate map is here. Start at HQ, then Electric Avenue to Seaholm, across 3rd Street to the Convention Center. At the Convention Center, take a LEFT up to 4th Street. Right on 4th under I-35 to east side, and take a RIGHT on Waller Street (not Waller Creek, y’all). Waller down to Holly. LEFT on Holly over to Comal. RIGHT on Comal down to Festival Beach Road. RIGHT on Festival Beach Road back to I-35 and northside trail. Take NS trail back to HQ.
7.6 Miles: Your map is here. Start at HQ, then Electric Avenue to Seaholm, across on 3rd Street to the Convention Center. At the Convention Center, take a LEFT up to 4th Street. Right on 4th under I-35 to east side, and take a RIGHT on Waller Street (not Waller Creek, y’all). Waller down to Holly. LEFT on Holly all the way to Holly power plant. Enter NS trail at Holly, out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Pfluger bridge. Cross over LB Lake at Pfluger bridge, back to GZLs HQ.

RIGHT on Bridle Path to hard corner and name change to Sharon Drive, up to Windsor. Turn around at Windsor, and return Sharon to Bridle Path to Exposition, and LEFT on Exposition down to LAB back to Mopac. Finish to Veterans and bike trail along north side of Cesar Chavez back to GZLs HQ.
18 Miles: Your map is here. Start at HQ, then Electric Avenue to Seaholm, across on 3rd Street to the Convention Center. At the Convention Center, take a LEFT up to 4th Street. Right on 4th under I-35 to east side, and take a RIGHT on Waller Street (not Waller Creek, y’all). Waller down to Holly. LEFT on Holly all the way to Holly power plant. Enter NS trail at Holly, out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail. From there, take southside trail and boardwalk all the way back to Mopac. Veterans up to Lake Austin Blvd, all the way out to Enfield. Hard right onto Enfield, and back to Exposition. LEFT on Exposition up to Bridle Path. RIGHT on Bridle Path to hard corner and name change to Sharon Drive, up to Windsor. Cross Windsor to Indian Trail. LEFT on Indian Trail over to Dormarion Lane. Dormarion across Tower Drive, and veer Left along the park onto Margranita Crescent. Follow Margranita around a long curve, and cross Bland Street to a name change to Bonita Street. You’ll be making a little neighborhood loop. Bonita will end in a left hand turn to Saint Anthony Street, which will T into Greenlee Drive. Right on Greenlee Drive, and it will have a name change to Scott Crescent as it curves around back to Bland Street. RIGHT on Bland up to Margranita. RIGHT on Margranita, around the curve and a gentle left hand veer onto Dormarion. Dormarion down to Indian Trail. LEFT on Indian Trail down to Sharon. Right on Sharon down to corner and Bridle Path. Take Bridle Path to Exposition, and LEFT on Exposition down to LAB back to Mopac. Finish to Veterans and bike trail along north side of Cesar Chavez back to GZLs HQ.

Nov 7 (NYC): Taper Madness begins. 14-18 Miles, with last 8-10 @ MGP. Start at a relaxed pace, and then roll into legitimate MGP for last 8-10 miles.
Nov 7 (R4TW): 6-9 Miles. Add 1 mile to your last longer long run, up to that 9 mile max. This plan is for folks training for their first try at this racing distance.
Nov 14 (Malibu Half): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 14 mile max.
Nov 21 (Phillie): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
Dec 5 (CIM, San Antonio): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
