Water stations are normal this week. Hand sanitizer will be affixed to the water barrels to do a quick clean of your water button pushing hands. You may want to carry your own water still, depending on any of your own ad libbing on route variations, or if you start way earlier or later than the programmed 5:45am start time.

April 25 (Austin Half Marathon): Taper Madness Week 2. 6-10 Miles, with last 4 @ HMGP. Start easy, and finish with 4 miles at half marathon pace. Use actual planned HMGP, by the way, and not some silly fast pace. This is a rehearsal, kids.

June 6 (Steamboat Marathon/North Olympic): 16-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 20 mile max.
June 13 (Tunnel Marathon): 12-14 miles. Recovery week.
June 19 (Grandma’s HALF Marathon): 8-10 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 10 mile max.
