5:45 am (FAR WEST): Meet at Ready to Run to start your workout.


WORKOUT DETAILS

Warm up to the AHS track

2-4 sets of the following:

  • 5 x 400m with 1 minute rest in between

  • 1 lap jog between sets of 5.

  • Drop 2 seconds per set (Ex: 1 set at 90 seconds, 2nd set at 88 seconds, etc)

Earlier Event: December 26
PROGRESSIVE: 5-7 miles on boardwalk, trail
Later Event: December 28
SPEED: 2-4 sets of 5 x 400m
