WORKOUT DETAILS
Warm up to the AHS track
2-4 sets of the following:
5 x 400m with 1 minute rest in between
1 lap jog between sets of 5.
Drop 2 seconds per set (Ex: 1 set at 90 seconds, 2nd set at 88 seconds, etc)
