WORKOUT DETAILS
Drive to the AHS track as HQ will be blocked off for the Austin Turkey Trot. Warm up for 15 minutes
3-4 sets of the following:
5 x 400m with 1 minute rest in between
1 lap jog between sets of 5 as recovery.
