WORKOUT DETAILS

Warm up for 20 minutes

3-5 sets of the following:

  • 3 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 2 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 1 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace
