Warm up for 15 minutes

1-3 sets of the following:

  • 5 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 4 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 3 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace

  • 2 minutes at 10K pace; 1 minute easy recovery pace
