SPEED: 3-8 x 1K @ Austin High Track [MUST SIGN UP FOR THIS WORKOUT]

You MUST SIGN UP for track workouts. We have to know who is coming to monitor our numbers due to space constraints.

  • Warm up to the Austin High Track. DO NOT GO TO ZILKER!

  • Run 3-8 x 1000m repeats at 10 K pace with 2 minute jog/walk in between

  • Cool down and 20/20
