Speed: 3-6 x 800m @ 10k pace with 2 min rest in between

With the recent AISD property closures, finding a track for speed workouts will be difficult. This workout can easily be changed into a fartlek and run on the road. Use your Garmin/device to run a faster .5 mile (800m) at 10K pace, then add 2 minutes of jog/recovery in-between. Always remember to do a warm up and cool down with every speed every workout.
