Youth Gazelles: Track Workout (click for details)

Find a track in your neighborhood and do the following workout:

  • Warm up and do your drills.

  • Run 1000m (2.5 laps) at your race pace, rest

  • Run 2-5 x 200m with 200m jog. Focus on your form.

  • Cool down
