HILLS: 4-6 x 800m @ Rainbow Bend (Loop course)

Using Rainbow Bend or similar

Warm up 20 minutes.

Use a hill (400m up + 400m down) for 4-6 repeats. Run up and run down, recover between repeats.

After 4-6 hill repeats, also do 2 backwards and 2 sprints for 100m.

15-20 minutes of cool down
