5 Miles: Your map is here. Cross to southside trail on Pfluger footbridge. SS trail over to Mopac, and cross back to Veterans. Veterans up to Lake Austin Blvd. Left on LA Blvd to Exposition. Right on Expo up to O. Henry Middle School. Turn around at O. Henry, and return to LA Blvd, to Mopac, and stay on northside trail back to HQ.

7 Miles: Your map is here. Cross to southside trail on Pfluger footbridge. SS trail over to Mopac, and cross back to Veterans. Veterans up to Lake Austin Blvd. Left on LA Blvd out all the way to Enfield (near Mozart’s). Right on Enfield back to Exposition. Right down Expo straight down to LA Blvd. Left on LA Blvd to Mopac, and stay on northside trail back to HQ.

April 25-26 (Eugene/London/Big Sur/Nashville): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.

May 3 (Toronto): 16-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 20 mile max.

May 17 (Cleveland): 14-18 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 18 mile max.

May 24 (Mountains to Beach/Vermont): 10-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.

June 14 (Tunnel Marathon): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 14 mile max.

June 20 (Grandma’s): 10-12 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.

BEGINNER GAZELLES, HALF MARATHONERS, and EVERYBODY ELSE:

Beginner Gazelles!  This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max. Start time 5:45am.

Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.

Mar 15 (NYC Half): Taper Madness week 3. 4-8 miles, with last 3 @ HMGP. Start relaxed, and then for last 3 miles, lock into actual Half Marathon Goal Pace. Check with Coach or the pace computer on the website to determine HMGP.

April 5 (Cap 10K): 7-12 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 12 mile max.

April 19 (Vienna): 10-12 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 12 mile max.

April 25-26 (Nashville/Eugene Half): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.

May 3 (Toronto Half): 8-10 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 10 mile max.
