3 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ over to Trader Joe's, up to 3rd Street, and over to West Avenue, which is the street just past the Trader Joe's shopping center, before crossing any bridge. Left (north) up West Avenue to MLK. Take a short right on MLK, then a quick left onto Rio Grande. Go up Rio Grande to first left hand alley/street, where you will turn around. Retrace your steps back to HQ (south on Rio Grande down to MLK. A quick right on MLK, then left on West Ave. West Ave down to Trader Joe's and back to HQ.

Left on Guadalupe up to W. 34th St. Left on W. 34th over to Jefferson. Left on Jefferson down to Northwood Road. Right on Northwood under Mopac, and just after going under Mopac, there is a name change to Westover, and you will take a left onto Bland St. Left on Bland to Margranita Cres. Left on Margranita, and follow it as it curves by Tarrytown Park. At a 5-way intersection, continue straight onto Dormarion Lane. Dormarion Lane down to Windsor. Left on Windsor over to Sharon Lane. Right on Sharon down to where it curves right to a name change to Bridle Path. Just after this corner, you will diverge from your 10 mile friends, and you take a left down Forest Trail to Windsor. Left on Windsor, and enter the Johnson Creek trail that goes along and under Mopac. Follow that trail to The Rock under Mopac, then take northside trail back to HQ.

May 17 (Cleveland): 16-20 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 20 mile max.
May 24 (Mountains to Beach/Vermont): 12-14 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
June 14, 2020 (Tunnel Marathon): 12-16 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 16 mile max.
June 20, 2020 (Grandma’s): 10-12 miles recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week.
BEGINNER GAZELLES, HALF MARATHONERS, and EVERYBODY ELSE
These are the original workout suggestions. Given all the officially canceled and/or rescheduled races, adjust your workout to suit the actual situation.
Beginner Gazelles! This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max.
Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-14 miles. If you went 14 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark.
April 25-26th 2020 (Eugene/Silo Dist Half): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.
May 16th (Brooklyn Half): 8-10 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 10 mile max.
June 28th (Missoula Half): 5-8 miles recovery run. Back off from last week a bit.
