Warm up to the Austin High School track.

Be ready to start your track workout at the time you sign up for. Your start time does not include warming up!

3-5 sets of the following:

  • 600m hard, 200m jog

  • 400m hard, 200m jog

  • 200m hard, 200m jog

  • Rest 2 minutes
