Start at Gazelles HQ and warm up to AHS Track.

  • 1-2 x 2K @ HMGP, 2 minute rest in between

  • 1-3 x 1K @ 10K pace, 200m jog recovery in between

  • 4 x 400m @ 5k pace, one minute rest in between
