Warm up to the Austin High School track.

Be ready to start your track workout at the time you sign up for.

Run 2-5 repeats of the following set:

  • Run 600m @ 10K pace, 200m jog

  • Run 400m @ 10K pace, 200m jog

  • Run 200m @ 10K pace, rest 2 minutes
