THANKSGIVING WORKOUT: 10-20 x 400m MUST SIGN UP FOR TRACK WORKOUTS

Warm up to the Austin High School track.

3-4 sets of the following:

  • 5 x 400m with one minute rest in between each 400m

  • Recover for one lap before next set of 5

    Cool down
