5:30 am: Meet at Gazelles HQ to start the workout.

5:45 am: Meet at Ready to Run (Far West Group) to start the workout.


WORKOUT DETAILS

  • Bring a mat for strength exercises.

  • Start with a 20 minute warmup run on the trail and return to HQ for strength and balance work.
