CIRCUIT WORKOUT at HQ

Meet at Gazelles HQ and bring a mat for ground exercises.

Start with a 15-20 minute warmup run.

Break the 20/20 workout into five segments and run 800m (400m for beginners) in-between each segment. See below:

  2. Ice Skates

  3. Lunges

  4. Gilbert Crunches

  5. Russian Dance with Knee Ext.

  1. V-Ups

  2. Push Ups

  3. Superman with Twist

  4. Low Level Bicycle

  5. Squats

Run 800m

  1. Mopac/Downtown (side lunges)

  2. Plank (one minute)

  3. Burundi Climb (Mountain climber)

  4. Singe Leg Dead Lift

  5. Glide (walking lateral squat)
