We will be taking loops across town, starting with Enfield Triangle and Expo, and finishing via Duval and UT and Congress.

5 Miles: Your map is here. Start at GZLs HQ. Head to northside trail directly towards Mopac. Veterans up to LA Blvd. LA Blvd out to Lufkin, across from golf course. Turn around there, and return to HQ, retracing your steps all the way LABlvd to Mopac to northside trail and to GZLs HQ.

Right on Expo up to Carlton Road (across from new apartments on right), turn around and retrace your steps back to GZLs HQ (Expo to LA Blvd to Mopac to Northside trail).

June 9th (Tunnel Marathon): Taper Madness Week 3. 8-12 miles, with last 4 @ MGP. Start easy, and finish at actual MGP. Start time 5:45am.
June 22nd (Grandma's): Taper Madness begins. 14-18 miles, with last 8-10 @ MGP. Start easy, and finish at actual MGP. Start time 5:45am.
Sept 14th-15th (Big Cottonwood, Tunnel Light Marathon): 10-12 mile recovery long run. Back off a little from last week. Start time 5:45am.
BEGINNER GAZELLES, HALF MARATHONERS, and EVERYBODY ELSE:
Beginner Gazelles! This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.
June 29th (Santa Barbara Half): 10-14 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 12 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
Aug 17th (SeaWheeze Half): 6-10 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer run, up to that 10 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
