As always, if you start way before the scheduled start times, please take water to cover yourselves for that first water stop (or two) in case you're ahead of the logistical team. We will be the Lady Bird Lake trail this week.

3 Miles: Your map is here. This is a clockwise Pfluger footbridge to Mopac trail loop.
4 Miles: Your map is here. This is a clockwise First St. bridge to Mopac trail loop.
5 Miles: Your map is here. This is a clockwise Congress bridge to Mopac trail loop.
7.5 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ to north side trail, east out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Pfluger bridge. Cross over LB Lake at Pfluger bridge, back to GZLs HQ.
8.2 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ to north side trail, east out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Pfluger bridge. Cross over LB Lake at Pfluger bridge, and exit to north side trail. Take trail towards Mopac, and exit trail at metal A frame bathroom sculptures, crossing under Cesar Chavez on trail path to north side of Cesar Chavez and bike path. Take bike path back to GZLs HQ.
10 Miles: Your map is here. Longhorn Dam to Mopac trail loop. GZLs HQ to north side trail, east out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Mopac, up and across to north side trail and back to GZLs HQ.
12 Miles: Your map is here. Longhorn Dam to Mopac trail loop plus an out-and-back on LA Blvd. GZLs HQ to north side trail, east out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Mopac, up and across to Veterans to Lake Austin Blvd. LA Blvd out to Exposition. Turn around at Exposition, and return LA Blvd, and then back to Mopac, north side trail and back to GZLs HQ.
14 Miles: Your map is here. Longhorn Dam to Mopac trail loop plus Scenic and Exposition. GZLs HQ to north side trail, east out to Longhorn Dam. Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Mopac, up and across to Veterans to Lake Austin Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield (Mozart's). Right on Enfield back over to Exposition. Right on Expo down to LA Blvd back to Mopac. From Mopac, stay on northside trail and back to HQ.

Left on Expo up to Westover. Turn around at Westover, and return down Expo to LA Blvd back to Mopac. From Mopac, stay on northside trail and back to HQ.

Left on Expo up to 35th. Turn around at 35th, and return down Expo to Enfield. Right on Enfield back to LA Blvd, then LA Blvd back to Mopac. From Mopac, cross to southside trail one more time, and over to Pfluger footbridge, up and over back to HQ.

From Mopac, cross to southside trail one more time, and over to First St. Bridge, up and over to northside trail and back to HQ.

Cross to southside of dam, to southside trail and boardwalk back to Mopac, up and across to Veterans to Lake Austin Blvd. LA Blvd out to Enfield (Mozart's). Right on Enfield back over to Exposition. Left on Expo up to 35th. Turn around at 35th, and return down Expo to Enfield. Right on Enfield back to LA Blvd, then LA Blvd back to Mopac. From Mopac, cross to southside trail one more time, and over to Congress Bridge, up and over on Congress bridge to northside trail and back to HQ. For the full 22, feel free to add your favorite extra mile. I suggest the big Auditorium Shores loop, from parking lot to the east around to the railroad bridge and back.
THE MARATHONS
June 2nd (San Diego): Taper Madness Week 3. 8-12 miles, with last 4 @ MGP. Start easy, and finish at actual MGP. Start time 5:45am.
June 9th (Tunnel Marathon): Taper Madness Week 2. 12-16 miles, with last 6 @ MGP. Start easy, and finish at actual MGP. Start time 5:45am.
June 22nd (Grandma's): 20-22 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 22 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
July 28th (San Francisco): 12-14 mile recovery long run. Back off from last week. Start time 5:45am.
Sept 14th-15th (Big Cottonwood, Tunnel Light Marathon): 10-14 Miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 14 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
BEGINNER GAZELLES, HALF MARATHONERS, and EVERYBODY ELSE:
Beginner Gazelles! This week, 3-7 miles. Choose a distance amongst your pace pals, up to that 7 mile max. Start time 5:45am.
Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.
May 26th (Mountains to Beach Half): Run with joy, run smart.
June 29th (Santa Barbara Half): 5-8 mile recovery long run. Start time 5:45am.
Aug 17th (SeaWheeze Half): 5-8 mile recovery long run. Start time 5:45am.
