Cap 10K: 3-6 x 1km at 10K pace at Zilker

Paris Marathon: 10 Mile Super Fartlek

Big Sur / Eugene / London / Waco Silo / Revel Mt. Charleston (4/27) Marathons: Recovery 45-60min

Eugene Half Marathon: Recovery 45-60min

Toronto / Vancouver / Avenue of the Giants Marathons: 10 miles at MGP

Vancouver Half Marathon: 6-8 miles at HMGP

Beach to Bay Marathon: 8 miles at MGP

Brooklyn Half Marathon: 4-6 miles at HMGP

San Diego RnR Marathon: 6 miles @ MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
