Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

Austin: 10-12 Mile Super Fartlek

Austin Half: Super Fartlek

Woodlands / Napa Valley Marathons: Recovery 45-60min

Alamo Half Marathon: Recovery 45-60min

Cap 10K: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Austin High

Toronto / Vancouver / Avenue of the Giants Marathons: 4 miles @ MGP

Beach to Bay Marathon: 4 miles @ MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
