ALL GROUPS: 7:00 AM TRACK WORKOUT AT AHS

3 - 4 sets of 5 x 400m with 1 min rest between, 1 lap recovery between each set of 5

(You may want to park at HQ and warm up over to the track due to Turkey Trot road closures.)
