Spartan Beach Half Marathon (Dallas): 8 Miles Easy
MCM / M2M Marathons: 8 Miles Easy
NYC / Mt. Lemmon Marathons: Recovery 45-60min
Run For The Water: Recovery 45-60min
Outer Banks Marathon: 10 miles at MGP
Richmond Marathon: Easy run
Las Vegas RNR Half Marathon: Easy run
Shiner Half Marathon: 4-6 miles at HMGP
Philadelphia Marathon: 8 miles at MGP
San Antonio / St. Jude's (12/7) Half Marathon: 3-4 miles at HMGP
Dallas and Decker Half Marathons: Recovery 45-60min

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
