Labor Day Workout - Circuit or Pace Run

There will be one workout on Labor Day.  Bring your family and friends and meet at Gazelles HQ at 7:00 AM for a fun circuit workout.  Bring a mat and / or towel for the circuit workout.

If you are running a fall marathon, meet at Barton Springs Pool (main entrance, by the statue) at 6:30am for a pace run.

Start together, as a group, and celebrate afterwards with a dip in Barton Springs!
 

Marathons: 
St. George & Chicago - 10 miles at MGP
Brooklyn - 8 miles at MGP
NYC - 6 miles at MGP
Philadelphia - 4-6 miles at MGP
CIM & San Antonio - 4 miles at MGP

Half Marathons: 
Philadelphia & Havana - 3-4 miles at HMGP
CIM (Relay) & San Antonio - 3-4 miles at HMGP

MCM, M2M, Shiner, BCS, Dallas, Honolulu - There is not a pace run on your schedule this week. You're welcome to jump in on the pace run, or join the fun at Gazelles HQ at 7am.
