If you start earlier (or later) than your group's call time, please check with your pace pals to make sure your team is all starting at the same time. As always, if you start way before the scheduled start times, please take water to cover yourselves for that first water stop (or two) in case you're ahead of the logistical team. We're touring the St. Edwards route, and will be adding some trail for those folks going deeper into the morning this weekend.
3 Miles: Your map is here. This is a clockwise Pfluger footbridge to Mopac trail loop.
4 Miles: Your map is here. This is a clockwise First St. bridge to Mopac trail loop.
5.2 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ to southside trail, and head east to where the boardwalk starts. Take the boardwalk to the first exit, and go up to Riverside. Cross Riverside where safe, over to Alameda across the street. Alameda up to the first real right hand turn, which is East Side Drive. It takes a hard left and travels along a greenbelt for a bit. After the water stop at Lockhart and the park, continue up East Side Dr. to Leland Street. Right on Leland over to S. Congress. Right on S. Congress heading back towards the river. Down to southside trail at the Congress bridge, and take trail back to Pfluger footbridge and GZLs HQ.
7.4 Miles: Your map is here. You track along with the 8.4 milers (see below). When you cross through the Palmer Events Center park, you turn directly for the Pfluger footbridge, and go back to GZLs HQ.
8.4 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ to southside trail, and head east to where the boardwalk starts. Take the boardwalk to the first exit, and go up to Riverside. Cross Riverside where safe, over to Alameda across the street. Alameda up to the first real right hand turn, which is East Side Drive. It takes a hard left and travels along a greenbelt for quite a while. Up up into St. Edward's campus on University. At the top of University, you'll take a left through the parking lot for the theater on your left (don't follow University as it curves hard to the right). Through the theater parking lot to Theater street, which will take around a corner. You will then encounter a construction fence. Turn right on Moody, and go to the T intersection with Andre. Left on Andre to Woodward. Right on Woodward to and across Lamar. Name change to Lightsey. Lightsey to S. First, where you will zig left then right onto Cardinal. Cardinal to S. 5th Street. Right on S. 5th, and track S. 5th street back to the park alongside the Palmer Events Center. Go through the park around the hill, to Riverside at Auditorium Shores. Follow Riverside sidewalk over to First St. bridge. After enjoying the nice cool water at the water fountains at Auditorium Shores, come on back along SS trail to Pfluger footbridge and cross back to GZLs HQ.
10.4 Miles: Your map is here. You start like the 12 and 14 milers, St. Edward's around to Barton Skyway and to Barton Hills Dr. You will skip the lollipop top, and will turn directly right down Barton Hills Drive back towards the Southside trail, you will go directly back to GZLs HQ via southside trail to the Pfluger footbridge.
12 Miles: Your map is here. You start like the 14 milers, St. Edward's around to Barton Skyway, including Lollipop top. When you return from Lollipop top down Barton Hills Drive back towards the Southside trail, you will go directly back to GZLs HQ via southside trail to the Pfluger footbridge.
14 Miles: Your map is here. GZLs HQ to southside trail, and head east to where the boardwalk starts. Take the boardwalk to the first exit, and go up to Riverside. Cross Riverside where safe, over to Alameda across the street. Alameda up to the first real right hand turn, which is East Side Drive. Left on Barton Hills Drive. Hang to the right as you follow BH Drive around the lollipop top, ending up again at BH Drive. Right on BH Drive back up to Barton Skyway. Stay on BH Drive down to and through park on path/trail (enter at hard corner of BH Drive), and follow trail under Barton Springs Road to Southside trail. SS trail over to Mopac, across LB Lake, and then north side trail back to GZLs HQ.
16 Miles: Your map is here. You start like the 14 milers, St. Edward's around to Barton Skyway, including Lollipop top. When you return from Lollipop top down Barton Hills Drive back towards the Southside trail. SS trail over to Mopac, across LB Lake. Veterans up to LA Blvd. Out LA Blvd to Exposition. Right on Exposition up to 12th St. (north end of O. Henry MS track), where you will turn around and come back Exposition. Expo down to LA Blvd, then back to Mopac and then north side trail back to GZLs HQ.

20 Miles: Your map is here. You track with the 18 milers above. When you return to southside trail after crossing at Mopac, you will continue southside trail to the Congress bridge, and will curl up and over LB Lake at Congress, returning to northside trail at the hotel there, and taking northside trail back to HQ.

September 23rd (Buenos Aires): 10-14 mile recovery long run. Back off a bit from last week. Start time 5:45am.
September 30th (Portland (ME), Wineglass): 18-22 miles. Add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 22 mile max. Start time 5:45am.

Everybody Else (GZLs peeps): 7-12 miles. If you went 12 last week, maybe cut back to 7-10 this week. For anything else, add 1-2 miles to your last longer long run, up to that 12 mile mark. Start time 5:45am.
