Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

Youth, 8:00 AM: Circuit workout at Zilker, near the soccer field

High School Gazelles, 8:00 AM: Recovery run, meet at Zilker near the soccer field

Youth Summer Camp, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Meet at Zilker, soccer field side

Sonoma- Napa Half: 3000 m @ HMGP

King Salmon: 3000 m @ MGP

San Francisco: 8 Miles Easy

Tunnel Vision: Easy Run

Patagonia: 6 miles at MGP

Berlin: 6 miles at MGP

Seawheeze Half: 3-4 miles at HMGP

Buenos Aires: 4-6 miles at MGP

St. George / Chicago: 4 miles at MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
