5:30 AM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Zilker, soccer field side

Far West, 5:30 AM: Meet at Ready to Run and warm up to Murchison track

7:00 AM: Meet at Gazelles and warm up to Zilker, soccer field side

Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

YOUTH and HIGH SCHOOL GAZELLES:

Youth, 8:00 AM: Circuit workout at Zilker, soccer field side

High School Gazelles, 8:00 AM: Recovery run, meet at Zilker, soccer field side

Youth Summer Camp, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Meet at Zilker, soccer field side

MARATHON / HALF MARATHON EXCEPTIONS:

Grandma's: 10-12 Mile Super Fartlek

Grandma's Half: Mile Super Fartlek

Santa Barbara Half: Easy Run

Sonoma- Napa Half: Easy Run

King Salmon: Easy Run

Tunnel Vision: 4-6 miles at MGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
