Big D: 10-12 Mile Super Fartlek

London: 8 miles at MGP

Colorado: 6 miles at MGP

Cap10K: Circuit training at the track

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
