Saturday Long Run - 10-18 milers going Point to Point on 3M course

HOUSTON HALF/FULL MARATHON ONLY:

For those running Houston, which is a flat course, instead of the point to point route this week, Gilbert would like you to run the UT/Duval route. This route will get you better prepared and will build more confidence as you finish your Houston training. The map shows a total of 18 miles, so if you're running less distance, please adjust and turn around earlier to keep to your planned mileage. SEE MAP.

ALL OTHER ROUTES AND RUNNERS:

CARPOOL ALERT: We are touring much of the 3M Half Marathon course, so carpool will be necessary to get up to points north for the various distances. For 17-18 Miles, go up to Big Lots parking lot at 183 and Spicewood Springs. For 14-16 miles, go to Gateway Cinema parking lot, on Stonelake. For 10-12 miles, go to the business parking lot at NW corner of Shoal Creek @ Foster.

START TIMES:

10-18 milers going point to point, so carpools leaving Gazelles HQ at 5:15-5:30am to the three destinations listed above.

Houston and 3-8 milers go from Gazelles HQ 5:45am.

THE MAPS

If you start earlier (or later) than your group's call time, please check with your pace pals to make sure your team is all starting at the same time. As always, if you start way before the scheduled start times, please take water to cover yourselves for that first water stop (or two) in case you're ahead of the logistical team.
