CIM / San Antonio: 10-12 Mile Super Fartlek

CIM Relay / San Antonio Half: Super Fartlek

BCS / Dallas / Honolulu: 8 Miles Easy

3M / Houston / Phoenix RnR Half: 4-6 miles at HMGP

Houston: 6 miles at MGP

Austin: 4 miles at MGP

Austin Half: 3-4 miles at HMGP

Strength & Core: 5:30 PM at Gazelles with Alex

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
