M2M / MCM: 45-60 min Recovery

NYC: 10 miles at MGP

Philadelphia / Havana Half: 4-6 miles at HMGP

Philadelphia / Havana: 8 miles at MGP

CIM / San Antonio: 6 miles at MGP

CIM Relay / San Antonio Half: 4-6 miles at HMGP

If your Saturday long run was more than 18 miles or 3 hours, do a recovery run instead of the Gazelle workout.
