This membership is designed to maintain your running fitness year-round, AND train for races of all distances. It is our most popular membership due to its flexibility and that it helps you train for any race you choose.

Includes: Two weekday workouts and the Saturday long run. Optional Core/Strength classes available each week.

Your membership and billing cycle begins THE DAY YOU REGISTER. Please register when you are ready to start workouts.


Terms of Membership: This is a recurring membership that starts the day you register. You will be charged automatically each month from this date. We recommend registering at the first of the month. You may cancel your account on our website any time before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next term.
