In general, members can attend any of the classes and get the appropriate instruction and training. We strive to keep this information up to date, but classes and groups are subject to change. High School/Middle School Gazelles

Runners will learn proper methods and mechanics during their training sessions, including speed enhancement, interval training, endurance training, agility drills, nutrition advice and more.  Students 10-18 years of age are welcome, though space is limited. Mon/Wed 5:30 p.m.

Saturday Long Run

Boot Camp

This program complements the runner with a focus on developing core muscles, building balance and strength with a mix of new drills, well-known exercises, and medicine ball throws. Mon/Wed 5:30 p.m.
